Amino Spaghetti is a low-protein pasta from the Italian brand Aminò (Nove Alpi), made for people with phenylketonuria (PKU). It contains only 0.5 g protein and under 20 mg PHE per 100 g. Classic spaghetti works well in typical dishes with tomato, garlic or oil-based sauces. Food for special medical purposes.
