Amino Penne Rigate is low-protein pasta from the Italian brand Aminò (Nove Alpi), intended for people with phenylketonuria (PKU). It contains only 0.5 g protein and under 20 mg PHE per 100 g. The ridged tubes hold sauce beautifully and work well in a variety of Italian and Polish dishes. A food for special medical purposes.
