Flavis Vanilla Duo are low-protein vanilla cookies for people with phenylketonuria (PKU). Delicate, crumbly cookies with a vanilla cream that taste like regular biscuits — only they’re fully safe for the PKU diet.
This Flavis product contains corn starch and a vanilla cream based on chicory inulin. The cookies are sweetened with maltitol, giving them a pleasant taste close to traditional cookies, without the protein.
