Taranis apricot-flavoured cupcakes are soft, ready-to-eat PKU cookies from the Taranis brand (Campo Research). They contain only 0.2 g protein and 5.5 mg phenylalanine per 100 g. A delicate apricot flavour in a convenient, individual wrapper makes it a great snack for the whole family on the PKU diet. A food for special medical purposes.

Ingredients
Potato starch, sugar, non-hydrogenated palm oil, dextrose, water, corn starch, stabiliser (glycerol), thickeners (carob seed flour, xanthan gum), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, rapeseed lecithin), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), flavourings (contain alcohol), salt. May contain traces of soy, eggs and nuts.
