Amino apricot cupcakes (Le Tortine all’albicocca) are low-protein Italian cupcakes with a delicate apricot filling from the Aminò brand (Nove Alpi). The soft, fluffy sponge and fruity apricot aroma make a light and tasty PKU dessert. They contain 1.5 g protein and 66 mg PHE per 100 g. A food for special medical purposes — use under medical supervision.

Apricot filling 27% (maltitol syrup, apricot puree 35%, stabiliser: sorbitol; gelling agent: pectin; concentrated lemon juice, acidity regulator: citric acid; flavourings), gluten-free wheat starch, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (refined palm oil, water), sweeteners: maltitol, acesulfame K; eggs, stabiliser: sorbitol; milk, rice starch, thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar flour; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; alcohol, corn starch, cocoa butter, raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, disodium pyrophosphate; natural vanilla flavouring.
May contain: traces of soy, nuts, mustard, sesame, lupin.
